Fertility & Pregnancy Loss Counselling

Fertility struggles and pregnancy loss carry a particular kind of ache — one that can be hard to talk about even with people close to you, and easy to feel isolated in.

What this can look like

The exhausting uncertainty of trying to conceive, treatment cycles, or a diagnosis that's changed what you expected your path to look like. Miscarriage, pregnancy loss, or an abortion — and everything that comes with it, including feelings that don't fit neatly into "grief" alone. Watching pregnancy announcements or baby showers and feeling a complicated mix of happiness and grief. Strain this can put on a relationship or on your sense of your own body.

How I can help

I offer a space where none of this needs to be minimised or rushed — including the parts that can feel confusing or "not allowed," like relief, anger, or ambivalence alongside grief. As a registered specialist in infertility counselling (FIL), this is an area I have particular experience in, alongside general bereavement and loss work.

I feel like my feelings don't make sense — is that normal?

Very. Fertility struggles and pregnancy loss often bring up contradictory feelings at once, and that's genuinely common, not a sign something's wrong with how you're coping.

Can you support me even if I haven't told many people what I'm going through?

Yes — this is often exactly why people come to counselling for this specific issue, rather than relying only on their existing support network.

3

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes! Alongside face-to-face sessions in Chiswick, I work with clients online across the UK and beyond, in English or Italian.

4

Do you work with couples going through this together, or just individuals?

My work here is one-to-one, though we can certainly talk about how what you're going through is affecting your relationship.

Get in Touch

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if it's your first time. That's exactly why I offer a free initial call with no obligation... just a conversation to see if I'm the right person to help.
