I specialize in helping clients with a variety of issues, including: coping with negative feelings and thoughts, anxiety, stress, intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, depression, life transitions and losses, bereavement and grief, fertility issues, pregnancy loss and abortion, relationship challenges and break-ups, low self-esteem, shame and guilt, difficulty in relating to others, anger management, and illness and death anxiety.

I use an integrative approach to counselling, incorporating Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques. Each method is tailored to meet your unique needs.

How do you ensure my information is kept confidential?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all information you share during sessions is kept strictly confidential in accordance with the ethical guidelines of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). However, there are some limits to this confidentiality agreement, such as concerns about self-harm or harm to others, which will be discussed during the initial contracting phase.
