Breakup & Relationship Ending Counselling
The end of a relationship can shake far more than your day-to-day. It can unsettle your sense of identity, your plans, your trust in yourself and others. That's real, and it deserves proper space, not just "time."
What this can look like
Struggling to function, sleep, or concentrate after a breakup. Going over and over what happened, or what you could have done differently. Feeling stuck between missing someone and knowing the relationship wasn't right. Rebuilding a sense of who you are outside the relationship
How I can help
We'll work through what's come up for you, the loss itself. But often also older patterns it's touched: how you relate to yourself, to closeness, to trust. Alongside processing what happened, we look at what you want to carry forward, so the next relationship, with a partner, or with yourself, isn't shaped entirely by the last one.
1
Isn't this just something friends can help with?
Friends are valuable, but they're rarely neutral, and it's a lot to lean on them repeatedly. Counselling gives you a consistent, unbiased space to actually process it, not just talk it through once.
2
What if the relationship wasn't that serious — can I still come?
Yes. It's not about how long the relationship lasted; it's about the impact it's had on you.
3
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes! Alongside face-to-face sessions in Chiswick, I work with clients online across the UK and beyond, in English or Italian.
4
Do you work with couples too, or only individuals going through a breakup?
No - My work here is one-to-one, focused on supporting you individually through the ending and what comes after.
